Before You Register

1. There is no guarantee that your child will be placed on a team because player
   placement is dependent upon the number of coaches that volunteer and the
   number of players registering for each age category.
2. If we are unable to place your child on a team, we will contact the other local soccer
   clubs in our league and with your input we will try to find the best fit
   for your child with regards to location and age category.
3. If we are unable to find a team for your child, we will issue a refund of the
   registration fee.
4. Check the 'Age Chart' button to be sure you are registering your child in the correct age
   category.
5. Registration fees must be paid at the time of registration, unless other arrangements
   have been made with the Registrar. Registrants may pay by credit/debit card or by mailing a check or money order.
6. Registrations are confirmed once payment is received
   • If you pay by
     credit or debit card, then the registration is automatically confirmed by
     the registration system
   • If you pay by
     check or money order, then our Registrar will manually confirm the
     registration once the registration fee is received in the mail(This can take up to 2 weeks to process)
7. Fees (check or money order) not received by the posted registration closure date or
   within one week of the date your child is registered (whichever occurs
   first) will result in a rejected registration, unless prior arrangements
   with the club have been made
8. Only confirmed registrants will be rostered to teams.
9. Electronic signature of the waiver and head injury compliance statement is
   sufficient. Paper forms do not need to be mailed.
10. Refund Policy: Refunds will be given if a request for withdrawal in the program is made prior to
    the formation of teams, or if we are unable to place your child onto a
    team (Please see below for exact refund policy)The policy of the CHEHALIS YOUTH SOCCER CLUB is full refund less processing fee will be issued up until June 30th. Thereafter a 50% refund will be issued up until July15th. After this date there will be NO refund given.
11. In some cases, late registration will be available after the closing date but late fees
    will apply and placement on a team is not guaranteed.
12. Returning players from the previous season are NOT guaranteed a spot on their previous team.
    They must sign up by the registration deadline and follow registration
    procedures. WSYSA Rules of Competition state;

    Each player will have the
    opportunity to play a minimum of 50% of the total playing time of
    each game.
