Dear Lewis County Community Members:

Thank you so much for your continued support of the Chehalis Youth Soccer Club. When it is registration time for the spring or fall soccer season we are continually accepting sponsorships. We very much appreciate those sponsors who support our program year after year, and welcome new sponsors that join us any season.

Sponsorships are $300, this covers the costs of the uniforms and socks for the teams. 

Please download the sponsor form and send it to us with your logo or design and a check to PO Box 1670, Chehalis, WA 98532

Checks made payable to Chehalis Youth Soccer Club

If you are mailing in a form, please also send an email that it was sent so we can be sure your request can be granted. Some teams fill up for sponsors so we want to be sure everyone can sponsor the player or coach they desire. 

If you would rather make a donation to the club, that is always welcome as well. Donations help us pay for equipment for teams as well as new goals when those need to be replaced. Checks can be mailed to the above PO Box.
